Return & Refund Policy for Own Your Way Tribe
Because every item at www.OwnYourWayTribe.com is printed on demand and specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
This policy is designed to be clear and fair to you, the customer, while aligning with the nature of our print-on-demand fulfillment model.

1. Eligible for Free Replacement
If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed due to an error on the printing/fulfillment side, we will gladly send a free replacement. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Reasons for a replacement include:

Damaged Item: The product arrived damaged (e.g., torn, broken, stained).

Manufacturing Error: The item is defective (e.g., wrong tag, poor stitching).

Mislabeled/Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design than what you ordered.
How to Report an Issue:

Contact Us: Email us immediately at support@ownyourwaytribe.com
within 30 days of delivery. -
Provide Proof: Attach clear photos of the issue.

For damaged goods: Photos clearly showing the defect.

For incorrect size/item: A photo of the size tag and the full item.

Order Number: Include your order number in the subject line or email body.
Once we confirm the error, we will promptly arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you. You typically do not need to return the original item.
2. Ineligible for Return or Refund (Customer Fault)
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
A. Sizing Issues / Exchanges (Buyer's Remorse)
Since we custom-print each item once an order is placed, we cannot exchange a product for a different size or color.

Solution: We provide detailed Sizing Charts on our site. Please review these charts carefully before placing your order. If you order the wrong size, we are unable to provide a refund or free replacement.
B. Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for orders because a customer simply changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
C. Package Lost in Transit (Marked as Delivered)
If the shipping carrier's tracking information shows the package was delivered to your address, but you report not receiving it, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of a replacement.

Solution: Please check with neighbors and your local post office.
D. Package Status Unknown
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (no later than 30 days after estimated delivery), contact us at support@ownyourwaytribe.com. If confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement.
3. Shipping Issues & Unclaimed Orders
A. Wrong Address Provided by Customer
If an order is returned to the Printful facility (shipper) due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided, we will contact you to confirm the updated address. We will help you by covering the reshipment fee but we do encourage you to please check your address at your next order. If we do not hear from you, the item will be donated to charity after 30 days.
B. Order Delay
We understand you’re eager to receive your order! It is possible shipping’s taking longer than expected. So sorry about that! Please contact us and we will share any further information we may have about tracking or what the hold up might be.
