Shipping Policy for Own Your Way Tribe
Thank you for shopping with Own Your Way Tribe! All of our items are custom-made just for you using a Print-on-Demand model. This means that every order goes through two phases: Fulfillment (making the product) and Shipping (delivery to your door).
1. Fulfillment (Processing) Time
This is the time it takes to print, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
Standard Fulfillment Time for T-Shirts & Hoodies: 2–5 Business Days (on average)
Note: Fulfillment time can be longer during peak holiday seasons or immediately following a large sale. We work hard to get your order fulfilled as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled.
United States: 3–8 Business Days
United States Express: 1-3 Business Days
(Not currently shipping internationally) Canada: 5–12 Business Days
(Not currently shipping internationally) International: 10–30 Business Days
3. Shipping Costs & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Printful, our shipper, uses major global carriers, including USPS, FedEx, DHL depending on the fastest and most reliable route to your location.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. International Orders & Customs Fees
(Not currently shipping internationally)

Customs/Duties/Taxes: International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or import taxes based on the destination country's regulations. These fees are not included in your original shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.
5. Lost, Missing, or Undeliverable Packages
A. Package Lost in Transit
If your package tracking has not updated for an unusually long time and the carrier has confirmed it as lost in transit, please contact us at support@ownyourwaytribe.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will happily arrange a free replacement order for you.
B. Wrong Address Provided
If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer at checkout, you will be contacted for the new address and we will arrange for your order to be re-sent to you. Please double-check your address before submitting your order!
